Our Roots
We believe that food is the heart of the family. Our favourite memories involve getting stuck in, getting our hands dirty and creating a meal to share, but these days sometimes it can be hard to find the time in between work, kids, hobbies and general busy-ness. Our vision is to create a product that can give you and your family a slow-living meal in the middle of a fast-living world.
Our dough
All dough is good dough, but our dough is great dough - and life is too short to eat anything but great dough. Made in New Zealand, using the best ingredients we can get our hands on, our dough uses tipo 00 flour (the key to fantastic stretch) and pure Italian olive oil. Our secret ingredient is a pinch of semolina - a coarse, durum wheat flour that creates an unforgettable crust, no fancy pizza oven needed!
